Pursuing sustainability as a main component of the company’s development strategy, the top management decides to maintain an integrated quality, environment, SSM management system in accordance with the requirements of the reference standards ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2023.The policy regarding quality, environment, OSH represents an important component of the set of policies on which business development is based, emphasizing the role assumed by the BAVASI company in the relationship with employees, society and the environment.

QUALITY
All the parts produced in BAVASI PLAST GROUP, are quality inspected during the entire injection process.
Quality inspection is organized for all 3 production shifts.
The quality inspection laboratory is equipped with various measurement instruments : Optical 3D; Rougness measurement equipment; Calipers; Micrometers; Dial Gauges; Height calipers, etc.
LOGISTICS
For all produced products, complete traceability is ensured, from the batch of raw material to the finished product that is delivered to customers.
The logistic flow takes place on the FIFO system, both for the raw material and for the finished product.
The warehouses of raw material and finished product are organized on dedicated locations.
Stocks of raw material and finished product are monitored on the principle of minimum stock / maximum stock.
FRIENDS WITH THE ENVIRONMENT
One of the main concerns of BAVASI PLAST GROUP is the long use of resources and materials.
Also, their sustainability is one of the indispensable components and an essential element of the strategies adopted.
We are aware of the high responsibility regarding the careful use of energy, which is why in the manufacturing process we use up to 50% green energy obtained with the help of the photovoltaic panels.
The panels are mounted on the roof of our production building.
Future projects are based on the reduction of waste, energy consumption and the reduction of scrap resulting from the production process.
We are in a continuous search for new ideas, projects and opportunities for a permanent efficiency of energy consumption, which we have done so far.
